Scully offers comprehensive medical and dental plans, along with a vision plan. The medical plans are HMO or PPO networks (depending on your location) giving you access to a large network of physicians available. Scully supplements a large portion of the premiums for medical insurance.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Scully offers both health care and dependent care spending accounts. These accounts offer significant tax savings by allowing you to set aside pre-taxed money from your paycheck to pay for child care costs and medical and dental expenses that are not paid by your health and dental plans.
Retirement Plans
Scully offers a 401(k) Plan, which has had a discretionary employer match. Eligibility begins after you have completed 180 days of service.
Life Insurance
Full-time employees are provided a basic term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) policy. This insurance is paid in full by Scully and is offered at no cost to our employees.
Vacation/Time Off Benefits
Scully provides vacation benefits to regular full time employees. Eligibility is based upon completion of a full year of active employment. The amount of paid vacation time that you are eligible for depends upon your length of employment and increases with the length of your service. Employees begin accruing vacation upon the start of their second year of employment.
Holidays
Scully offers paid holidays each calendar year to our regular full time employees. |
